Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Used grooming products such as beard oils, waxes, razors, or personal care items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect (must be reported with proof)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened grooming products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
